Everyone needs a listener, even listeners need someone to listen to them. It can be very taxing, specially when you feel like no one understands you. I hope everyone finds their listener. We all have struggles and unknown battles and just being there can help someone and even change their life. Even experts need someone, so don't be too hard on yourself. No one is perfect. The right person or people will come along. When they do, all you need is good communication and understanding. There is always hope.

...See more We are all listeners, some more than others. Not for ego or selfish reasons really, it's the fact that we all deserve to be heard. Whether you're a listener here or out of 7cups we all just need to be heard, cared for and loved. Aspects we give willingly and hope for the same respect. Although most of us are used to being left behind when the lost souls we helped crossed over, forget us to get to their respective people. It's a hard pill to swallow, a pain most don't realise they cause. A perspective of never being good enough or easily replaceable, but in reality we're so much more than that. Without listeners they would remain lost or even worse... The reason why finding this app is important is because at some point, you find hope, you find a connection and you find a kindred spirit. It may or may not last but at leat for a moment a listener has felt heard. A lost soul has found solace and a scared inner child found comfort. No one is perfect, everyone has a hidden battle, but I hope you all find comfort in the fact that you will find your people. You will find your home. And each and everyone of us are important. ❤️❤️❤️

...See more I am a masterpiece between the light and the void, My eyes pour the droplets straight from the clouds, It holds breathtaking nebulas beyond all it's mysteries, As my fingers hold all the secrets and essence of the trees, While lightning maps it's jagged path across my delicate skin, My veins envelop my body with the mesmerising thunderous scenes, My blood is like a crimson map of celestial fire, My ribs are the kindling of a walking pyre, Hidden behind my armour of skin, I cannot deny who I am within, My skin is engraved with the ripples of the ocean, I was created with a goal, a purposeful mission, While my scars become rivers of molten glass beneath my armour, My voice is the beacon - you can feel the lands tremor, I am bound to this land by a network of living storms, While my soul travels dimensions, becoming one with different forms, The world is a mystery and it's one I often carry, What you know as reality, can truly be scary, But there are moments that are treasures, A secret to life's many pleasures, To be seen as more than just a cover, Before my final breath is over. I haven't really written in a while and these ar wone of the things I stopped writing but I managed to finish it tonight and I thought thta maybe, just maybe it could help someone who isn't feeling good about themselves feel better, even just for a bit, I hope it gives you a new perspective on how you see yourself. You represent more than what society or anyone else for that matter, dictates you to be. 🙂‍↕️❤️🙂‍↕️❤️🙂‍↕️ I hope this poem brings someone some comfort ☺️🙈☺️🙈☺️

...See more I used to do it effortlessly, but as years went by I started staying away from people and just keep to myself, I normally don't talk to anyone unless they talk to me first... Like what do you say? It feels really akward and nerve-racking 😅
