...See more I've been having these beliefs that someone (a person that I know) is "inserting thoughts," "mind-controlling," and "mind-reading" me. I looked these 3 things up and the Internet says they're all delusions. But, I really do believe these things are happening to me. I've never had a peaceful state of mind ever since this started. I always feel embarrassed whenever I think of something private and personal. I don't feel safe inside my mind anymore because someone else (that particular person) has access to it. This person controls my thought activity by inserting thoughts and manipulating them, and of course they can see everything that goes on inside my brain. My 19th birthday is coming soon, and I still want to get my mind back more than anything. But, because these things are happening to me, death is the only solution. I have no say in the matter. I can't even read or control the mind of the person who is reading and and controlling mine. I know it's not fair, but I feel like I deserve it for all the bad things I've done so far in life. I wish these things aren't happening to me. I envy the people around me. They all feel safe inside their minds. It's theirs and theirs alone. Why can't it be the same for me? Please, I don't want this.
