...See more I am depressed and disturbed. Sometimes i am fine, but mostly i am not. Physical pain sometimes suffices the mental torture, at times, i know that's unhealthy. My academics has been harmed, and i have massive trust issues so i didn't consult a therapist before. I am low on confidence when it comes to being and doing something alone. Last year, around this time, a person befriended me, that had catastrophic effect, and i am in need of a closure.
