Bio
I am a bilingual crisis volunteer and mental health support professional with a strong foundation in psychology, psychoanalysis studies, and public safety. My goal is to provide calm, compassionate support during challenging moments, always within the scope of crisis intervention, not clinical therapy. I am not perfect but, I will always try my best.
I have completed several specialized courses through the American Psychological Association and Johns Hopkins University, including training in Psychological First Aid, Anxiety and Mood Disorders, Substance Use and Addictive Behaviors, and Depressive and Bipolar Disorders. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychoanalysis Studies.
My real-world experience includes crisis response, coordination, and de-escalation as a senior security guard and dispatcher.
I operate with empathy, discretion, and respect for each person’s unique experience.
