...See more I went through years of depression that were endless, like I was stuck in a place I couldn’t escape no matter how hard I tried. There were days when even the smallest things felt overwhelming, and hope was so distant and unreal. But slowly, step by step, I found my way out of it. It wasn’t easy, and it didn’t happen overnight, but I made it through and that’s something I carry with me every day. Now, I’m here for anyone who’s going through the same darkness, because I understand how heavy it can feel. If you’re struggling, just know that you’re not alone, and even if you can’t see it yet, there truly is a light waiting for you at the end of the tunnel.
