I can't understand

...See more Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit distant and reflective about my friendships. I have great friends and a good social life, but something feels a little off. It sometimes feels like my interactions take more energy than usual, and I’ve been questioning how I relate to the people around me. People often tell me I’m special, that they’re proud of me, and that I’m someone they can rely on — and I really appreciate that. Still, I’ve noticed that I need some time to process these feelings and figure out how to stay true to myself while also maintaining the connections that matter to me.

...See more I am new here and I know that the title is kind of misleading since I am online posting my thoughts for other people to see but at this point I will try to use anything in my power to understand what I am feeling, even if it means going around expressing my emotions. With each day I become more and more annoyed and everyday I fight more and more the urge to burn bridges left and right. I have been described as a popular guy and never had a problem with my social life as I always got along with pretty much everyone, even to a point where some people got to think of me as a very dear friend. With all that being said, my life feels like *** and I feel like I need to just terminate everyone around me for no particular reason. I am starting to hate people around me, hate their presence and even the support that they offer me. Every single interaction feels forced, peope talk to me, say nice things and whatever but they feel like nothing at all to me. I feel like I can't trust anyone and that I may be unworthy of everything.
