...See more hello (: my husband was diagnosed with adhd as a young child. he was put on medication but absolutely hated it and never tried it again and has never really dealt with it since. i definitely think this is affecting his daily life and is the cause of many of his struggles, i think it would benefit him tremendously to seek guidance from a couselor and/or doctors for medication to better help manage his symptoms but he doesn't think it effects him and he isn't wanting to do either at the moment. as his wife i truly want to be able to better understand him and help him but not really sure how. does anyone have an book recommendations? ideas on how i can better support him? things i should avoid? things i should do?
