Having trouble and really struggling.
7 Cups Online Therapy / by Witt1989

...See more So I'm 31 and have seen countless therapist who have gave me countless different diagnoses and threw me on whatever med was popular at the time. The last therapist I saw was within the last 6 months while I was incarcerated. She was the first therapist I have seen that said anything about the possibility of me being misdiagnosed and that being the reason nothing has gotten better or changed. I was in jail for 14 months and have been home about a month. I have been incarcerated before, a few of the times being over a year. But I have never had problems adjusting when I come home ever. But this time I am really having trouble. I don't really know how exactly to explain it. Sometime I will have panic attacks that are so bad I have to stop everything I'm doing and try to deal with it. Almost everyday since I've been home I have been in a horrible mood for no reason for most of the day. I'll get random burst of motivation and be in a better mood. But the majority is just feeling irritated with everything that happens around me, wanting to be left alone and not talked to at all, and it's weird that I sometimes hope someone tries to talk to me or something just so I can be an asshole. Like I enjoy being that way. I am also extremely paranoid of everything and everyone. I always feel that people around me all know something I don't and are talking or plotting on me behind my back. I can't keep doing this and feeling this way. I'm trying everything I can to get help.

Need help communicating with wife
Relationship Stress / by Witt1989

...See more So my wife and I are having problems communicating with each other about how certain things that have happened have an impact on the other. We have both made mistakes and of course it bothers me. I feel uncomfortable talking about my mistakes, just as she feels uncomfortable talking about hers. But we both have questions that have gone unanswered, and I think this is the main thing hindering us from moving past it and forgiving each other. How do I go about talking to her about these things without it turning into an argument and is trying to throw everything in each other's face? How do we express how we feel and get the answers we need to start to move forward with our lives. Obviously trust is a big issue between us and I feel like we are holding back on answering truthfully about things that happened because we are worried the other is going to react negatively. I've tried to tell her that I just want to know and I will not freak out or anything. And I won't. I just want the answers to my questions completely and honestly. As I'm sure she wants to know more details about certain things I have done. We are both wanting to work on these problems and try to get past them the best we can to start building trust for each other back up. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
