...See more Normally I stay away from any interactions with people online, I will only lurk on places like reddit or YouTube. Last night I ended up leaving a few comments and I instantly had a huge surge of anxiety from it and couldn't fall asleep until morning because if it. I feel like the only person that goes through this. If I keep forcing myself to post things will it get better? Right now it feels like it wasn't worth it as I'm feeling the physical and mental aftermath. I feel silly for being so effected by this.

...See more I made this account a long time ago but only chatted once with it back then. I've basically been too afraid to talk to anyone all this time. I can't get myself to participate in the chats or one on one with a listener yet but hopefully will with time. I'm 29, nb and have no life. (Not dramatizing) I deal with severe social anxiety, agoraphobia and depression. I'm stuck living with a family I can't stand and feel very alone and hopeless. I feel like I'm reaching my breaking point which is pushing me to reach out. It would be nice to meet people that I can talk to without being judged.
