I’m just a teen girl dealing with her anxiety and depression and feeling alone

I’m gonna be on here a lot since I moved to a new city and everyone I know has vanished

I struggle with going to school when my mental health drops

I say “mhm” or “I’m fine” when I’m not or I put a period at the end of my text

I’m grateful for my friends back home that helped me through my hard times

...See more I’m alone. Everyone leaves, they’ll lie and say they won’t. I’ll open up and let down my guard, open up about my trauma since they want me to. they want my honesty they want to see me weak and at my worst to show I can trust them. But once I open up, once I do this and they see me at my worse they leave. they don’t say why, they don’t say goodbye they just become a ghost. A memory if you will and then I’m alone, I’m alone crying wondering what I did wrong if it’s my fault and I can’t shake they feeling of being alone in this world and wondering if it’s me, if I’m the problem if I’m just so broken that I don’t deserve love or friendship. I’m alone.
