...See more Hello, I’ve been having intense constant intrusive thoughts everyday. I feel like I’m going crazy & I am going to lose myself. Does anyone have any tips to beat these thoughts? I hate living day to day like this.

...See more Hi, lately for the past month everyday Ive been overthinking with all these what if thoughts. Ill just be sitting down at home and start thinking all these negative thoughts and it takes awhile to snap out of. I get nervous to drive because while Im driving all these thoughts are going through my mind and then I fear of losing control and something happening to me. Im so sick of feeling this way and feel like Im stuck and it will not get better. Anyone have any tips to help get through this?
