Hey! I'm a trained active listener with a BA in psychology, currently in a masters program to be a licensed MFT and have many years within the field. I am NOT a licensed therapist, but I have worked with and experienced a wide range of issues within mental health from the more severe cases, to those of us just having a bad day.
