Hi. My name is Ulf. I am from Sweden. You might think, "What should I say?" or "Maybe he will judge me..." or "Noone will never be able to understand my situation." First of all, you dont need to say anything. You can just say "hi" or nothing else. And if you dont want me to say anything, just listen, ill be quiet and let you speak. Secondly, when it comes to feelings and the urge to express them with someone, ill never judge no matter what it is that trigger the feelings inside somebody.
