I'm a trained active listener and I like to support those who are struggling with various problems and situations, most of which you can find listed under "Areas of Expertise",

• Medical Problems (Both Mental And Physical)
• Problems related to School (High school or College)
I have personal experience with Family issues/Domestic Violence and with Chronic Health Problems such as panic attacks, Chronic Migraines, anxiety attacks,
and also with Depression, Feelings of loneliness and hopelessness. Also experience with PTSD.
Fun facts about me- I enjoy swimming, reading, playing guitar, compose music, painting, writing & counselling.
I've overcome a lot in life and would like to help you do the same by listening and providing that much needed shoulder to lean on that so many of us feel that we're missing. I believe that by showing people they aren't alone we can help each other from feeling those detrimental feelings of having no where to go and no one to help us.
