Do you think love changed you / ruined you?

...See more I’ve been struggling for a long time with this question. I’ve experienced my “first love” about a year ago, lets say it was the first time I ever truly loved and been loved by someone, and since then every person and other relationship has been dull or hard for me and i get the feeling that I am no more a good partner or even a good person to be in a relationship with. I know that I don’t feel the same about that person anymore but yet every other more healthy connection brought something bad in me and I think im not capable of being a good partner anymore. I’ve learned what it feels to love and be undone by that love but now i cant make any steps forward. Anyone have a similar or same experience or maybe an advice?
