Why does it even exist

...See more Anxiety has made me lose the desire at times to leave the house. I hate when it comes while shopping or communicating with people. Sometimes I say to myself why does this even exist? Where did it come from? Why did it even start? I want to be able to go again without getting heart palpitations or chest tightness and dizzy spells. Sometimes I wish it was a button that can turn it off Who else goes through this while going out?

The punch to the gut, the fast heart rate and shaking hands. The sweating palms and feeling like the room is closing in. Do you deal with panic attacks? How are your symptoms?
