...See more I don’t really know how to say this, but I have an eating disorder. For me, eating is not synonymous with happiness. My relationship with food has been complicated since I was little. I was always a bit overweight, and people made comments about it, often in a joking manner, but it hurt me. I lost weight, and people congratulated me, but it was never enough, and I don’t think it ever will be in my eyes. I set challenges for myself, like not eating for a certain amount of time, or when I’m feeling mentally unwell, forcing myself to eat a certain amount of food and then vomiting on purpose. I feel like it’s a vicious cycle that will never end. I feel like no one help me or noticing but they all know . I wish it’s have an end and I wish will we all find it.
