...See more I have been suffering from prolonged Trauma, CPTSD, prolonged isolation, and other stuff, like low self-esteem, self-worth, hesitation while speaking etc. I am thinking about taking therapy sessions. I am booking a single session for today or tomorrow. I want to know how does therapy work, how would I know if my therapist is actually helpful to me, etc. If anyone knows it then please tell me.
