Trauma?

...See more Hello everyone, I’m not sure, if this actually might be a trauma or not, but it’s definitely something that has been weighing me down and making me feel insecure and unsafe. I am 15 years old, and since a very young I’ve had, older men do things..or say things. And i developed this fear, for men. I know not all men are like that and it’s not always men, but I can’t control it, I get severe panic attacks when I’m left alone with someone and I cannot be in a normal relationship since I keep ruining things out of some fear that I can’t fully figure out. I feel pathetic telling this, i haven’t told anyone about this yet. I’ve been struggling more lately and just needed to tell someone. Thanks for listening💗
