Hi! I'm Zurich. I'm a trained active listener for teens here on 7 Cups, and I'm glad you've found my profile! I've had a lot of diverse and challenging experiences in my life, so I enjoy helping people with whatever they feel comfortable sharing about. I am especially familiar with breakups, Borderline Personality Disorder, depression, eating disorders, family/relationship stress, domestic violence and abuse, PTSD/trauma, bullying, self esteem, and self injury.
