...See more hii so i’m a teenager who is going through a lot in school & out of it and i think i might be depressed but i don’t want to self diagnose without having “evidence” to back me up before i bring it to my parents. does anyone have any advice on how i can tell if i’m genuinely depressed or just feeling sad? thank u
