...See more Hey guys, I've really been struggling for the past couple of months over my fear of dying. I don't really know what triggered it but it's debilitating and making my days so much harder. I'm 19, so in theory I still have quite a while to go before it happens but still. For the past couple months, and with no exaggeration on the normal day I'll probably think about it every 15 minutes. I need it to stop, I start university in a month and I can't have any slip ups. The fear is that when I die, that's it. I like believing in a higher power but my mind switches between it all the time. I'm scared of there being nothing but also losing my loved ones. I'm just really scared when I know I shouldn't. Has anyone had the same experience, and/or ant advice on how to manage these fears and make them go away.
