...See more How on earth can you deal with an anxiety overload? I do everything recommended - stay out when I know it is just feelings and my brain and there is nothing to run from. I make myself go out, make myself eat when I have a fear of it making me sick, but I still wake up every day with that dread that the day has begun and I've got to do it all again. I guess some stories of recovery and any tips would be appreciated. Thank you all.
