Cant stop myself messaging strangers. Anyone got experience with this?

...See more Hi everyone. So about once a week, I reach out to strangers online (mostly men) and talk with them about sexual things, usually with them and me finishing. During the calls/messages it feels ok but after, I feel disgusting and hate myself. Outside of this I closest identify to panromatic, or so I thought. Does anyone have any experience with something like this? I hate myself for doing it but I keep doing it and occasionally I’ve put myself in bad positions because of it. Should I be getting therapy? I’m so ashamed to even talk about it.
