...See more This might not be the right group to post this in - so apologies in advance. I’ve never really self harmed until a couple of weeks ago. And I’m not really sure why I started except cutting makes me feel better somehow. And even thinking about doing it during the day makes me feel better. But I’m also not sure if maybe I’m just being attention seeking. Like I hide it, but maybe I actually want someone to notice, to care and to ask me if I’m ok.
