Hello! Glad to be on 7 cups and hope that I can be of help. I have seen some difficult relationship and family struggles in life and come on the brighter side, some battles are still to fight. :-) I enjoy cooking, singing, and swimming. I believe that people and emotions are important, that's what makes us, us. But this most basic fact seems to be lost. Our experiences, external and internal, makes us so uniquely who we are and guides our evolution, and that even with all the hardships life is a worthwhile journey. Sometimes we all need a helping hand to get going and I wouldn't be here if not for some kind, compassionate, and non-judgmental souls. I am here to pay it forward.
