How do you deal with overthinking?

...See more How do you deal with overthinking every single thing that ur partner does? Whether it was for a reason? Or without even knowledge? Or whether it was for anger ? Or whether it was of what I do? I mean if even I didn't do anything most men in love get triggered for manu reasons. Mine is for my behaviour and for that when he doesn't like it, his behaviour also changes and starts doing things I don't like. Been like that for few days, like lost trust. Maybe it's my fault, naybe his only. But the overthinking is killing me even when we both try to fix things that we both have done and go in a good direction, I end up overthinking every move.
