...See more Hoping for a live exchange where all of us in this age range (61 here) diagnosed last year with GAD and had been doing pretty well the past 2 to 4 months then had a relapse last week (9/14) after a doctor’s apptment. Past 8 days have been torture with racing heart and knot in my stomach, feeling of fear/ dread, you know the drill. Have been using my tools taught by my therapist but just not yet able to get it to go away like I (secretly) want. anyway…hoping there’s a chat group for us.
