Chat group for our age range?
Hoping for a live exchange where all of us in this age range (61 here) diagnosed last year with GAD and had been doing pretty well the past 2 to 4 months then had a relapse last week (9/14) after a doctor’s apptment.
Past 8 days have been torture with racing heart and knot in my stomach, feeling of fear/ dread, you know the drill.
Have been using my tools taught by my therapist but just not yet able to get it to go away like I (secretly) want.
anyway…hoping there’s a chat group for us.

I would like so much too that there was a chat group for us over 50. I'm 68.

There is a 50+ room, it's just not open all the time. This schedule lists times for the 35+ and 50+ rooms, as well as some of the mindfulness times (I'm not certain that it includes everything for that room).

on this side, the adult side, no matter what pop-up chat room it is, it is always open to 18+ and well, you get 18+.............I wish the rules could be different also

Hi as was mentioned 50plus is a pop up room. This means that it only opens up for discussions and chats as listed in this link. There is also a 35plus room that is open for 24 hours on Wednesdays.😊

I would very much like a chat group for our age group. I have been experiencing the racing heart and knotted stomach lately because my fiance is dying of cancer. I'm a widow, and now I have to start the grief journey again.
I will be 70 in a week and I am dreading it.
I can't afford a therapist, but I use other resources here.

This means that it is not open all of the time, it opens for discussions only.
