...See more I have a co-worker who is a trigger for my anxiety. She has a very strong personality that unnerves me. I feel the need to people please her and I don’t know why. She’s a good friend in those terms, but I can’t work with her. I’ve seen her throw people under and bus and I’m afraid she will do it to me. We used to work for the same boss, who didn’t help the situation. We have different bosses now, but I still feel the need to jump when she says jump, knowing I’ll never get that in return. How can a person trigger a panic attack at any given time? Please tell me I’m not alone.
