Im lost and scared

...See more Hi I left my country alone when i was 20 i ran away from violent family to a country I don’t even speak thier language perfectly yet , my brother SA my sister i was scared to be his next victim i left the religion and they are very strict about it anyway im struggling in this new country for two years i have done nothing right and moved forward I didn’t work at all I haven’t studied i just stayed in doors and locked myself from the outside world and now My mental health got way worse because when i locked myself i never thought about how I would be more scared to go out and more scared to talk and more scared to work , I feel like a loser this isn’t the life I fight for or wanted i want something bigger and better but i cant even go to a bus how would i work and talk to different types of people im losing hope i feel so lonely and scared i keep having those feelings like -im alone-if something bad happens its only me to protect me - i have no idea what will i eat in the end of the month- and all those types of negative thoughts
