...See more Hey everyone. I'm someone who suffers from agoraphobia. If anyone here has suffered from it or has had similar anxiety inducing experiences how do you deal with it? I want to one day go to the doctor's office to get a physical but I can barely leave my house. How can I get started? It feels so scary to do on my own. It's difficult especially when no one around you wants to help you in your house either.

...See more Hello everyone, I'm agoraphobiccatdad, you can just call me cat dad or agora i dont mind nicknames - or my full name :) I come here in search for assistance and support on my journey through agoraphobia. I have been agoraphobic for 2-3 years. I havent left the house to go somewhere in a public manner in almost over a year I've only gone on occasional walks or sat in my backyard. I can never find motivation or anything to get me going and get me outside. I hope I can find assistance here with that along with my other treatments I'm seeking. Thank you everyone and I love you all
