...See more This is all new to me, but here I go. I have been trying to quit drinking for a long time, with no success. I have gone several months clean, but fall back into the same patterns. I just started to see a counselor , which is tough for me, as I keep alot bottled up. But, I also thought I would try this. I am open to any thoughts and or suggestions to try and break my patterns of drinking. Thanks
