...See more so recently i’ve come to think i have an ed. i haven’t been diagnosed yet. anyways is it normal with people that have or might have to lose appetite or is the loss of appetite caused by it? recently i have gone off all my fav foods and meals that i eat.

...See more (TW : ED + INTRUSIVE THOUGHTS?just incase it might be triggering for others ) hi so for about a year or so now i have had struggles with eating weather eating too much or too little. last year i started on a calorie deficit and it was going okay till i feel like i can’t eat certain things because it’s bad or i have to cut out all sugar and bad things because of it. i stopped at one point because i was craving all this sugar and now since then i have been on and off eating a lot and then feeling guilty and then going into depressive episodes where i want it to die because of it. i have been looking at like more related videos on tiktok from people with eds and most of them i relate to pretty much all. i don’t know what to do. i think i have it but i’m really not sure. i went to my gp about it but he said he thinks yes there’s some disordered eating but i really believe it’s more then disordered eating. again correct me if i’m wrong i just want to find out
