Severe anxiety preventing me from getting help?

...See more hello, i have been struggling with general and social anxiety for a few years now but it has developed into a panic disorder and dp/dr that seems to be consuming my life. I'm unable to enjoy and do things that I used to love due to the fear of having a panic attack. I live with constant fear and anxiety during ordinary life and can't express how awful it is to be me everyday. I know that I need to seek help but I'm afraid of the panic and anxiety it will give me to have to go and see somebody. I can't continue to live the way i am, but i can't seem to seek help? Does anybody have any advice or possible resolutions? Thank you xx
