...See more Every time I find myself pushing down my feelings or thoughts. I tried to go blank I have tried to push everything out of my head all the feelings and thoughts but when I do I end up going into the darkness and I feel nothing at all and I'm fine but then when I try to rejoining wherever I am I can't breathe I'm stuck in it Stuck in nothing stuck in the emptiness emptiness I try to count I tried to only I can do what I need to do but other than the robotic motions of life it's hard

...See more I have this puzzle and everyday I do a little bit at a time I sit here I'm actually forced to sit down and focus on nothing but this puzzle everything erases all the dogs all my feelings the outside world I just become so focused on this puzzle and the little achievements make me feel good cuz I'm getting closer to completing it better reality I am not close at all it's 850 pieces and apparently I'm really bad at puzzles and I refuse to look at the cover unless I'm really stuck I don't know how to upload a picture LOL
