I don’t know what to feel

...See more I have a best friend who works at my job with me. I am 24 and he is going to be 18 in 4 months. He told me last week that he had a crush on me. I feel extremely weird about it and I told him I feel that way. He said he’s patient and wants to make me happy. He and I know a lot about each other, and because of that, he’s been doing things I love and he’s just been incredible. If he was older, he would be a fantastic boyfriend, but because he is so young, I feel terribly awkward about it. I don’t know how to feel or what to do or say. Advice?
