...See more I’m spiralling out of control. I’ve noticed I’m being triggered over the smallest things and it’s affecting my job! I can’t breathe at times due to the demand and I know people around me have noticed. I know I need food because I’m shaky and dizzy yet I will ignore it or eat then work out. I just don’t know how much longer I can keep going. Family around me don’t help either as they constantly judge or have negative comments. I don’t look thin I’m overweight some family have said. :(
