Intense pain!

...See more We’ve been together for nearly 10 years. It was a long distance relationship. Things fell apart ultimately. We kept in touch until she left and met someone else. Now I’m awake day and night devastated. Can’t seem to shake the pain. It starts from the second my eyes open and stays with me until I go to sleep. But I don’t really sleep. It’s not like a one to two hour nap.
