...See more Hello, everyone! I was diagnosed with OCD a few months ago, and I think I’m still learning about the full effects that OCD is having on me. What I know: I have intrusive thoughts, I have the “checking” behavior (when it comes to making sure people aren’t hurt by my actions and I am very conscious about my health and physical being. I’m hoping to chat with anyone with similar experiences so I feel less alone.
