...See more I woke up today very anxious and I have depression I'm on several meds I'm in severe pain and have anxiety I don't know what's going on there's nothing wrong with my life but I just can't stop crying I'm on disability so I stay home most of the time but I do do classes for older people in their 50s try to keep myself busy but I have no motivation I can't be around anybody right now I just want to be alone but I don't want to be alone I can't stop crying I don't know what's wrong with me I'm overthinking everything I need help
