...See more its so easy for me to hate myself. my day can start out fine, making friends, doing well, and finally feel like maybe im okay, that i belong. but then something happens, even small, even no one else would even notice. and just like that, everything collapses. my chest tightens, stomach sinks, ang suddenly, all i can think about is how embarrassing i am or stupid i sounded. self-hatred comes fast and it drowns out every good thing that happened that day. i tell myself im dumb, that im too much, and im not worth the effort
