...See more It sucks being lonely as a woman with late diagnosed ADHD especially mixed with OCD. Still don't know if I'm autistic either as an adult woman but it feels so lonely and hard to get resources as an adult neurodivergent woman.

...See more I just want to tell anyone in the OCD community needing support with overcoming OCD that you got this and that you're enough. I know it's hard and I'm struggling right now with my OCD but I also know what it's like to not let my OCD ruin my life anymore with its lies, as it scams me. Check out the IOCDF (International OCD Foundation) if you want more resources related to OCD, finding therapy, and overcoming it. There's a whole OCD community that is very supportive of people dealing with OCD and related issues, and helps advocate for those with OCD and related issues.

...See more I just want to say, especially to those feeling discouraged and alone, how much God cares about mental health and those struggling. Regardless of the stigma of mental illnesses, I believe Jesus truly understands and walks with us every step of the way. Asking for help and getting help should never be something to feel ashamed about.

...See more Not going to go into any details but it hurts my heart to see what is going on in the US and the rest of the world. I can only focus on what I have control over but I pray for everyone, we all need so much love and healing in this dark and fallen world. I do hope that we do get to see more change though. May Jesus, the light of the world, shine bright.
