...See more Hi, I'm Anna. I have been living with depression and bipolar for many years. After giving birth, I fell into deep postpartum depression. During that dark time, I lost custody of my two children. This has been the most painful experience of my life, and I'm still healing. Right now, I'm in recovery. I seeing a psychologist and psychiatrist regularly and taking my medication. I'm doing the work, step by step to my recovery. I have also survived domestic abuse in the past. Now, I'm in relationship with a kind man, and I'm trying to build a safer and healthier future. But the truth is .....it's really hard. Some days the pain of not being with my children is so deep I can barely breathe. I miss them every single day. And sometimes, I just need someone to talk to- someone who will listen with compassion and without judgment. If you're reading this, thank you!
