...See more i was recently terminated at my job and have been feeling frustrated and alone in all of this turmoil  I was searching for how to deal with termination and this website link popped up and i am so very glad that it had.  Interestingly, it had information about DBT Dialectical Behavioral Therapy which i recently heard about and am hoping that it will help me deal with emotional issues.  i have been feeling as though i have some sort of ptsd from things that have happened to me causing me to react extremely emotionally to situations.  i have felt like i was "going crazy."   Hopefully with this website and some literature and workbooks I will move forward to living a less "emotionally charged" life.  Thanks to Sid who helped me this evening.  You're a lifesaver, man.  :)
