Job anxiety as nurse

...See more I am currently struggling with anxiety with my job. I started working in a hospital as a nurse about 8 months ago working night shifts and it's really taking a toll on me. For me it's the co-workers and not really the patients that make me not want to go back but i've also had patient's yell and swear and become violent. It's hard seeing people be so sick as well and I didn't feel prepared. It's so hard when you enjoy aspects of the job but other people out of your control cause it to be a mess. I'm not really sure what to do about it other than put up with it for a little until I find somewhere new where I am respected and less stressful. But i'm getting panic attacks and constantly anxious. It's also messing up my sleep so much and I feel like it's triggering preexisting mental instability in terms of bipolar disorder/depression. I just feel so stuck.
