...See more It’s very hard for me to talk about my feelings. Especially since I get very anxious around people. I just feel so extremely lonely. Everyday feels like a challenge to me- at school I mean. My social anxiety have gotten worse the past two years and i get nervous just walking through the hallways. I started to feel depressed this year and it got to the point where I couldn’t bring myself to go to school. I guess I’be felt depressed for a long time but I used to kind off ignore it? I still am but now I feel more numb then sad. I just don’t know how to be myself around people or not get nervous. I can’t even ask for help. I’m just waiting for someone to notice that I’m not okay at all.

...See more I’ve always been very shy but it have gotten worse over the last couple years and I don’t know how to tell anyone. I feel like they wouldn’t take me serious or think that I’m overreacting or looking for attention and I’m just scared of how they’ll think of me. I’m desperate for some kind of help but I can’t ask for it and Its really affecting my life and relationships.
