...See more Hello, I suffer from health anxiety. I am 22 years old and I am always afraid that something bad will happen to me, I think the worst about everything, it is very difficult to be like this. Now I have quit smoking and my anxiety has worsened even more, I sleep poorly at night, my muscles are tense and my lower back hurts, which gives me a reason to think about diseases and be afraid. I always google something, when I read the symptoms, I apply them to myself and I feel as if I really experience such symptoms. Has anyone been like this? What can I do? I am going to see a psychiatrist but he does not have appointments until the end of the month, until then maybe you can help me. I also have a stomach ache, I went to the doctor and he said that I have meteorism due to unhealthy food and I am also taking medication, but 1 week has passed and I still have some discomfort, so I am more worried and think that I have something worse.
