Looking for help. Extreme social anxiety makes it impossible to seek therapist in real life. Decided to try this resource.

...See more I am pretty sure I have social anxiety. Sadly, I can’t get a diagnosis because it is very severe. I am already 18 but my mother has to come with me to new therapists because I can’t speak meeting them. I struggle getting treatment and really need help, but am unable to due to my inability to speak in therapy. I go to a new therapist and they always tell me I need to speak at least a bit so they can help me, but I jut can’t How should I deal with this? How do you get treated for soial amxiety when you can’t even go to trestment because of it? Has anyone experienced something similar?
