...See more I read that anxious/depressed parents are more likely to cause their child’s inability to form lasting friendships…. And now I’m spiraling into all the ways I’m hurting my kids by being me. I’m taking bday party cancellations personally…. I can’t tell if I’m being nuts or I’m really just hurting their chances at a good life
